REGIONAL ECONOMIC COMMUNITY ACTION PROGRAM INC
Regional Economic Community Action Program is a private, not for profit established in 1965. We provide comprehensive services to those living in poverty. Established as a not for profit in 1965, RECAP serves seniors, children, vets, people living with HIV/AIDS, victims of domestic violence, people struggling with addiction & those struggling to make ends meet. To mobilize and coordinate public and private resources to address the basic needs of low-income people and assist them in attaining the skills, knowledge, motivation and opportunities needed to become economically self-sufficient.
