About Us Samaritans Touch Care Center is a faithbased charitable healthcare center in Highlands County offering free primary and specialized medical dental and vision care to uninsured financially struggling families who have no medical insurance of any kind and whose income is at or below 200 of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. Who We Serve Samaritans Touch serves Highlands County residents that have no insurance of any kind including Medicaid Medicare and are at or below 200 of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. volunteer Each year hundreds of outstanding volunteers help us provide comprehensive free health care to our community.
