WEB: http://therefugeranch.org/ INSTAGRAM: @therefugeranchfl The Refuge Ranch, Inc. exists as a residential faith-based drug and alcohol regeneration program for adult women. The program takes place in an agricultural setting on a 120 acre property located in Martin County, Florida. The general nature of its purpose shall be to provide recovery services to low-income and indigent women from a Christ-centered perspective. Residents will receive guidance through their recovery process and the opportunity to experience healing from trauma and domestic abuse. Residents will live in single family homes to support relationship building skills and to develop a sense of pride in their environment. The residents will develop a strong work ethic as they care for the 120 acre piece of property and the six on-site homes. Residents will have and opportunity to enter the on-site Transition program after graduating the main recovery program, to obtain one on one support to make a successful transition back into their communities as productive citizens. The women will receive employment search support and financial education to empower them to become independent and able to care for themselves and their children.
