Vivace Youth Chorus of San José’s mission is to provide youth with the opportunity to experience the power and poetry of song in an inclusive, co-educational and nurturing environment that fosters community, confidence and artistic growth and creates awareness of our participants’ cultures and shared human experience.

Vivace Youth Chorus Sparking the light of song Vivace empowers young singers to discover their spirit of creativity compassion and collaboration through the beauty of song. Vivace is an engaging inclusive vocal music program for youth ages six to eighteen. We offer a challenging yet developmentally and age appropriate approach to singing. Our Kodalybased choral music education curriculum balances vocal training music theory and performance.
