Poverty and education are interrelated that keep the cycle viciously running until one component is addressed. Our belief is that education can lead to an end to this cycle. We also believe that illiterate people fall prey to environmental and health related issues more often that the literate. Therefore, we are gearing up to address these components in a unique and comprehensive manner. COMMITTED-Nepal’smission is to provide balanced health, safety, and essential welfare to communitiesin Nepal. COMMITTED–Nepal strives to fulfill its mission by focusing its efforts into three main objectives:1) Eliminatepoverty, 2) Ensureeducation as a basic right for all children and reduce illiteracy, and, 3) Reduceenvironmental and health degradation.

CMI Nepal - COMMITTED NEPAL Local Governance Service Delivery LGSD Local Governance and Service Delivery LGSD project aims to help set up local governments through tested planning development process and resource generation methods. The three core areas covered are service delivery education and economic development. School Improvement Program SIP Improvements in the infrastructure facilities curriculum and extracurricular activities are the primary focus of COMMITTEDs SIP. Program attempts to align with Nepal Governments Department of Educations School Improvement Plan requirement of every school.
