COLORADO CIVIC ENGAGEMENT ROUNDTABLE

Colorado Civic Engagement Roundtable

The mission of The Colorado Civic Engagement Roundtable (Roundtable) is to foster the development of a more equitable, just, and inclusive state where all Coloradans can participate in democracy and have a voice in the policy decisions that affect them. The Roundtable is a coalition of 50 grassroots organizations that convene around building power in New American Majority (NAM) communities (Latinx, African American, Asian, Youth, queer folx, people with low-incomes, and unmarried women). This power is built by developing leadership skills around civic engagement broadly and voter engagement specifically. When this happens, those voices who are often dismissed from conversations become part of shifting policy and building power.
