The Consortiums efforts focus upon agency networking coordination of service delivery advancing public knowledge of human service programs available to the residents of Community Planning Board 11 East Harlem such programs including but not limited to housing education health mental health legal recreational vocational cultural and counseling services on promoting the efficient delivery of such human services to the residents of East Harlem on identifying human services needs in East Harlem on coordinating the efforts of member organizations to develop programs to meet those needs on publicizing the availability of human service programs on sponsoring community fairs and cultural events to promote the goals of the Consortium. East Harlem Taskforce on Racial Inclusion and Equity Project East Harlem Taskforce on Racial Inclusion and Equity East Harlem Taskforce on Racial Inclusion and Equity East Harlem Taskforce on Racial Inclusion and Equity Most recently the Consortium spearheaded the East Harlem Taskforce on Racial Inclusion and Equity facilitating a participatory budgeting process that culminated in a series of community initiatives including a youthled Photo Voice community needs assessment leading to a mobile gallery a youth forum attended by community and elected leaders a job and resource fair and a community healingneighborhood recovery event.
