About NEQALS With a team of over 50 EMTs and Paramedics NEQALS provides emergency Advanced Life Support ALS to the towns of Webster Ontario and Penfield. We respond to emergency medical callswith Basic Life Support BLS ambulances from other fire departments and local agencies.
