Home We must learn from the COVID19 pandemic. We need a new system design that reforms and better integrates and coordinates our considerable health care delivery public health and community assets while strengthening our ability and accountability to proactively respond to community health needs. Preventive care needs to happen directly within and from communities not just virtually or at existing facility sites. Care teams and their support services must functionwithin the community where lives are actually lived the only place pandemics and chronic noncommunicable diseases can be prevented.
