THE MISSION OF LIHI CASCADE SENIOR HOUSING DEVELOPMENT IS TO PROMOTE SUSTAINABLE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AND QUALITY OF LIFE BY PROVIDING RESOURCES, INCLUDING FINANCING, FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING FOR LOW AND MODERATE INCOME FAMILIES, NEIGHBORHOOD IMPROVEMENT AND REVITALIZATION, COMBATING NEIGHBORHOOD DETERIORATION AND BLIGHT, AND FOSTERING COMMUNITY REVITALIZATION.
