Norman and Carol Babineau and Ritvaliisa Ojanen all came to Concord today to assist Kate Saunders with the movement of some Permanent Collection items that were on loan or display in other locations. Norm is celebrating his birthday today! Kate presented them with the special t-shirts made for the Exhibition & Museum Committee, all of whom are such a big help to the League with many volunteer hours logged each year. Thanks to juried member Lisa Almeida for using her tapestry art to raise money to end homelessness in Concord, NH. The fundraiser is at Red River Theatres for the month of May with 50% of the proceeds going to the Concord Coalition to End Homelessness. (fb)
