Giff and Marie Broderick pursued a dream: transforming 34 overgrown acres in Washington, CT—protected under a conservation easement with Steep Rock—into a sustainably managed farm. There’s no farmhouse, no farmstand—just open fields, a barn, and over a decade of care poured into asparagus, berries, tomatoes, and hay. Though they live full-time in Wilton, their connection to this land runs deep.
