PROVIDING SUPPORT FOR A BETTER ECONOMY Eastern Plains Economic Development Corporation EPEDC was established in 2006 as a private nonprofit organization incorporated under the laws of the State of Montana. EPEDC offers grant writing services to assist with the funding of projects within our fivecounty region. EPEDC is an organization of cities towns counties economic development organizations and private citizens brought together for the purpose of forming and maintaining an Economic Development District EDD. The five counties of Carter Dawson Fallon Prairie and Wibaux along with the incorporated communities of Baker Ekalaka Glendive Plevna Richey Terry and Wibaux joined forces to create a means to encourage stimulate and promote economic development expansion and diversification in eastern Montana.
