Today is Thursday, May 29, 2025, and we’re live for the housing lottery at Confluence Court — a new affordable housing community with 111 studio, 1-, and 2-bedroom units. This project transforms a former warehouse into a vibrant, fully accessible four-story apartment building. All units are affordable for those earning at or below 60% of the Area Median Income. 60 units are reserved for individuals needing supportive services, provided onsite by Helio Health and Eagle Star Housing. 🔹 All applications were submitted by mail and had to be postmarked by May 15. 🔹 Today, we’ll randomly draw names to determine the waitlist order — this does not guarantee placement. 🔹 Income and asset eligibility will still be verified, and supportive housing placements will be coordinated with partner agencies. 🔹 Waitlists are by unit size, so order may vary by need.
