THE ADHCC IS A STATEWIDE MEMBERSHIP ORGANIZATION OF SOCIALLY RESPONSIBLE, COMMUNITY BENEFIT ORGANIZATIONS WHICH PROVIDE COMPREHENSIVE LONG-TERM HEALTH CARE SERVICES DIRECTLY TO THE ELDERLY, CHRONICALLY ILL AND DISABLED IN CONGREGATE DAY SETTINGS.
