Operation Outreach-USA (OO-USA) is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization, whose mission is to address some of the basic issues affecting the academic and social development of our nation's children.OO-USA focuses on literacy and building strong character among elementary aged children, through a school-based program that unites schools, teachers, parents, and the community behind the common goal of helping children develop the skills necessary to be successful contributors to society.
