Need to continue to invest, equip, and inspire in adjudicated youth for the hope of our communities, increase public safety and instill hope in their potential. In many cases, we are their only source of hope; hope that life can and will be different as we show them the way. We teach them to first "draw the line" by making the decision to want a better life, second to "cross the bridge" by engaging in the process of growth and character development through targeted curriculum and learning experiences. And finally, we teach them "don't look back" at their old friends, the old way of life, the old way of thinking and the old way of coping with stress, pressures and temptations. We challenge, inspire and train these precious and gifted minds to be free and stay free, to pursue the life of infinite possibilities stretching out before them.
