Kennebunkport Emergency Medical Services (KEMS) Serving Kennebunkport and neighboring communities since 1979. If you are having an emergency dial 911 Kennebunkport Emergency Medical Services KEMS has a simple goal extraordinary care and public service. KEMS is a private nonprofit Advanced Life Support EMS agency that provides emergency medical care to the residents of the Town of Kennebunkport and mutual aid support to Arundel Kennebunk and Biddeford. Our ambulance and offices are located at the Cape Porpoise Fire Station in Cape Square.
