THE PRIMARY EXEMPT PURPOSE OF ST ASPINQUID LODGE IS THAT OF AN ESTABLISHED FRATERNAL ORGANIZATION CALLED FREEMASONS. ALTHOUGH WE ARE A FRATERNITY PRIMARILY, OUR TENETS TEACH US TO CARE FOR THE NEEDS OF OTHERS WHICH WE ADDRESS THROUGH VARIOUS FORMS OF OUTREACH. THIS LODGE IS CHARTERED TO OPERATE AS A CONSTITUENT LODGE OF FREE MASONS THROUGH THE AUTHORITY OF THE GRAND LODGE OF MAINE, THE GOVERNING BODY OF FREEMASONS OF MAINE, LOCATED IN HOULDEN, MAINE. THE GRAND LODGE REQUIRES THAT THE LODGE BE INCORPORATED AS A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION WITH THE BUREAU OF CORPORATIONS, ELECTIONS AND COMMISSIONS UNDER THE DEPARTMENT OF THE SECRETARY OF STATE OF MAINE. WE ARE IDENTIFIED BY CHARTER NUMBER 19640043ND WITH THE STATE OF MAINE. OUR EMPLOYER IDENTIFICATION NUMBER IS 02-6008637.
