Governors Committee On Scholastic Achievement
GCSA mentors and grant scholarships to degree-aspiring, underserved NYC students who navigate systemic barriers to educational success. With GCSA, students build a community of support so they launch and complete postsecondary programs of their choice. THE COMMITTEE PROVIDES COLLEGE TUITION SCHOLARSHIP GRANTS TO NEEDY QUALIFIED STUDENTS AND PROVIDES A MENTORING PROGRAM FOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS IN NEW YORK CITY.
