Notable productions include the "Flamenco Gumbo" series, which combined flamenco with New Orleans music.

The organization is known for its boundary-pushing "Más Allá Series," which has featured diverse collaborations, including jazz and salsa influences. Flamenco Latino has worked with the Jamaica Center for Arts and Learning and previously had a studio theater in Midtown Manhattan, offering classes and performances.
