Congratulations to the Class of 2025 who graduated from Berkeley Carroll in our 138th Commencement ceremony at the Theater at City Tech in Downtown Brooklyn yesterday. Guests were welcomed and heard remarks from Head of School Lisa Yvette Waller, as well as Class Co-Executive Council Presidents Kaya C. ’25 and Ferris Z. ’25, Class Speakers Molly C.’25 and Max M. ’25, Upper School Faculty Speaker Jamison Rich, and Dean of the Class of 2025 Matt Budd. The inspired commencement address was warmly delivered by Radley Horton, professor at Columbia University’s Climate School, and is a leading expert on extreme weather events and their societal impact, and proud BC alumnus from the Class of 1990!
