John Howland was a Pilgrim aboard the Mayflower which arrived in Plymouth Colony in 1620. The Pilgrim John Howland Society was founded by his descendants. The Shallop Elizabeth Tilley is a replica of a 1620s era Shallop the Pilgrims used to bring corn to TO EDUCATE THE GENERAL PUBLIC TO THE HISTORY AND LIFE OF PILGRIM JOHN HOWLAND, AS WELL AS, PILGRIM LIFE IN GENERAL, AND TO MAINTAIN THE HERITAGE AND HISTORICAL PROPERTY OF THE PILGRIM JOHN HOWLAND LOCATED IN PLYMOUTH AND KINGSTON MASSACHUSETTS.
