GCA represents the unionized heavy construction industry in New York City that constructs New York's building foundations and public works infrastructure. THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION IS TO ASSIST IN CURRENT ISSUES, REPRESENT MEMBER CAUSES & HANDLE UNION CONTRACT NEGOTIATIONS FOR MEMBER GENERAL CONTRACTORS IN THE NEW YORK METROPLITAN AREA.
