Hershey Food Bank and Community Outreach is an all volunteer non profit organization providing food to residents of Derry Township and if funding is available, emergency financial assistance to established clients who meet the criteria. THE PURPOSE OF THE CORPORATION IS TO COLLECT AND DISTRIBUTE FOOD TO THOSE IN NEED; TO ASSIST NEEDY INDIVIDUALS WITH EMERGENCY NEEDS SUCH AS CLOTHING, HEATING, ETC.; TO PROVIDE ONE-TIME ASSISTANCE TO TRANSIENTS; AND ALL OTHER ACTIVITIES PERMITTED BY LAW.
