Pennsylvania State Fox Coyote Hunters Association About Us The Pennsylvania State Fox Coyote Hunters Association was established in 1936 and continues to gain membership participation and enrollment. We are the primary advocate for the fox and coyote hunter when dealing with the Pennsylvania Game Commission and other agencies. We strive to make the sports of fox and coyote hunting and field trialing available to everyone. We take the necessary steps needed to preserve the tradition and heritage of hunting with hounds.
