Join CHR’s youth group, Zones of Regulation, hosted by our Child Outpatient practice at 153 Hazard Avenue in Enfield, CT. Zones of Regulation will help children ages 7 to 9 learn how to be more mindful, handle difficult emotions, have healthier relationships, and be better at planning and focusing.
