Veterans Northeast Outreach Center, Inc.
VNEOC is a registered 501(3)(c) community driven, Veteran focused, non-profit based in Haverhill, MA. The Veterans Northeast Outreach Center was founded in 1985 to address the needs of Veterans and their families throughout the greater Merrimack Valley. VNEOC offers information, referral, advocacy and support to Veterans who live in the region. In 1997, VNEOC expanded its services to Veterans by opening a transitional housing program, The Veterans Mansion, to serve homeless Veterans. The Mansion serves 22 homeless Veterans who can benefit from a sober, supportive, working environment as they make their way back to the mainstream. VNEOC has grown over these past several years, responding to the needs of the Veteran population by providing a wide range of direct and indirect services such as a case management, employment support services, emergency food supplies, and a large referral base.

Non-Profit in Haverhill, MA | Veterans Northeast Outreach Center, Inc Who We Are Through the Years the focus of the Center has expanded to accommodate and serve the thousands of Veterans in the greater Merrimack Valley and Seacoast region to now include Boston Metro West North into New Hampshire and South to Cape Cod. We provide a continuum of care to Veterans and their families ranging from very basic food and shelter needs to advocacy information and referrals for benefits support and career and education services. The Center currently operates eight housing units directly and collaborates with other agencies for additional housing space. This translates into subsidized and supportive housing to 65 Veterans and their families.
