Today we moved the "tan bottle and can collection box" outside the construction fence. This way you can still drop off redeemable's. With the 🚧 fence up that means some work has started!!! Very exciting. Hoping to have regular updates as this project moves forward. (fb)
We have had alot of questions in the last 2 weeks about our bottle and can drive. As of right now the drop off situation is the same as it has always been. Just drop your 10 cent redeemable's in the tan bin next to the blue barn. As we get updates from the builder we will pass that information along so we can continue to keep collecting and do so safely. On a side note it was interesting and heart warming to hear how many people donate and want to inquire how to continue to do so. Thank you to everyone who takes the time to think of us. ❤️🚑 (fb)

Easton Volunteer Emergency Medical Service Easton EMS We would like to thank all the residents of Easton for their overwhelming support of our New EMS Building Renovation Project. We ask that you continue this support by attending the tentative town meeting on Mon Feb 3rd at 7pm followed by voting to approve the funds at the town vote on Tuesday Feb 11th from 12p8p Please see below for renderings and the cost breakdown of the project The total cost of the project including the land purchase and site work furnishings security and technology temporary housing and a contingency a total of 4180944. The town already acquired 1229331 from several sources including a contribution of 821792 from the EMS Trustees 188000 from ARPA 199539 from two state sources and 20000 from the Board of Finance. Therefore the selectmen requested the Board of Finance appropriate the remaining 2951613 from the towns undesignated or rainy day fund.
