The Pet Awareness and Welfare Society (PAWS) for San Jose Animal Care and Services is a nonprofit organization focused on reducing the number of homeless animals in San Jose, California. It supports the San José Animal Care & Services by promoting pet awareness and helping to place adoptable animals into new homes.

Mission

The mission of PAWS is centered around decreasing the euthanasia rate of adoptable animals and increasing awareness about the value of companion pets in the home and community.
