Office Information Extension Waupaca County University of WisconsinMadison Menu Waupaca County Master Gardener Scholarship The Waupaca County Master Gardener Scholarship is available to 1 anyone whois a Waupaca County high school senior or 2 a Waupaca County student who iscurrently attending an institution of higher learning. The scholarship recipientmust be pursuing a degree or associate degree relating to Master Gardenercoursework including horticulture landscaping entomology soils forestryor related fields.
