Xtreme Dance Force is a highly competitive dance company in the Chicagoland area. Xtreme ranges from ages 5 to 19 and hold auditions every year in late June. Focused in the areas of Hip-Hop, Jazz, Modern, and Lyrical dance, Xtreme Dance Troupe is comprised of students whose abilities range from beginner to pre-professional. Auditions are held for new and existing members in September. Throughout the year Xtreme selects appropriate venues at which to compete and perform ending its season in August with a showcase which represents a culmination of the season?s award winning choreography. Ranked among the top 50 dance companies in the United States by Dance Spirit Magazine, Xtreme Dance Troupe has made a large impact on the dance community in a short period of time. Xtreme expands each year in its charming multicultural environment with students that stand out in their technique and abilities as a team to entertain audiences. This has made them one of the most reputable and sought after dance companies in which to perform. Due to their distinct level of entertainment, the dancers have had the opportunity to perform in opening acts for Ciara, Ludacris, Lupe Fiasco, Chingy, Tyrese, Nationally televised MLS half time show and the ?V-Show? in Las Vegas. In order to expose the dancers to a variety of instructors, teaching styles, and choreography, Xtreme contracts world renown professional dancers and choreographers from across the country.
