Our Mission: To inspire, expose and equip youth interested in health professions by creating opportunities for learning in clinical settings; by nurturing their confidence and by improving their study skills and approach to learning. Our mission is to Identify, Inspire, Develop, and Educate, focusing on under-represented and disadvantaged youth to address the national shortage of healthcare professionals that will impact underserved communities

PROGRAM SPOTLIGHT Summer Medical Academy The Summer Medical Academy affords students the opportunity to get handson experience in a variety of medical related fields such as learning simple medical procedures watching surgeries shadowing health professionals volunteering in hospitals interacting with patients and more. Social Determinants Program The SD Program is a yearround program that prepares young thought leaders in the area of social determinants of health. Medical Pathway Programs Level 1 School Partner Dunbar Docs The goal of this partnership is to create and offer a pathway program for Dunbar students primarily students of color to continue their journey in studying within the medical field beginning at the elementary level through high school and beyond.
