We were blessed this evening with the opportunity to taste some very delicious Polish food made by Bob Zalewski, owner of Tailgaters Sports-Bar! We were able to try sausages in sauerkraut, porkchops and gravy, perogies with a variety of fillings (including some filled with blueberries!) as well as kozaczkis for dessert! While we enjoyed the food, Bob talked to us about Poland and a few of the ways Polish immigrants have been part of our country's history and the contributions they made! (fb)
