Dave began his journey with Schenectady ARC as a Direct Support Professional, and through hard work and commitment, has grown into his current role as a manager. "Since the unification, Dave has truly stepped up—embracing every opportunity to learn and grow" said April Buboltz, an Assistant Director at Liberty ARC.
