Last week, we brought the Emerging Leaders Initiative to Cape Town, South Africa, where we had the incredible opportunity to invest in 13 rising leaders serving communities across the country! These leaders showed up eager to learn, discovered their own leadership style and strengths, and walked away with tools to lead others with clarity and purpose. One participant reflected: “This was unlike any experience I’ve had. The coordinators were some of the most likeable, inspiring, and credible speakers I’ve ever listened to. Not only was I inspired in this moment, but I can work on these lessons for years to come. This blessed me immensely and hopefully will bless those I work with and lead.” We are grateful for the opportunity to invest in leaders who will now multiply the impact across South Africa and beyond.
