RMF Inc. is a non-profit organization serving the Waterbury community. The Rivera Memorial Foundation, Inc. (the “Organization" or “Rivera Memorial Foundation, Inc.") exists first and foremost to develop the full human potential of its participants by fostering their intellectual, social, economical, emotional, moral and spiritual growth.In an effort to address the growing needs of the youths, Latinos, and other residents of the city of Waterbury, the Rivera Memorial Foundation was created for the purpose of maintaining and continuing the memory and spirit of one of its dear friends and neighbors who was tragically taken from the community, in honor and memory of Firefighter Heriberto Rivera.
