On a daily basis, you see this Superhero holding down his/her content and being a stabilizer for scholars, but also holding down ALL of the duties. Each day starts building relationships with scholars, even those not in his/her grade level. Throughout the day you will see a solid lunch and recess supporter as well as a key piece of sibling pick up. No matter where, this Superhero is making sure to jump in and fill any gaps that might appear, whether that be covering extra classes, supporting with testing STAR scholars, jumping in to support the spelling bee, or just checking on a scholar who is struggling.
