Have you heard? Transforming Leaders has added a fourth program to its suite of learning opportunities: the Virtual Curacy! The Virtual Curacy is designed for newly-ordained priests serving in their first calls. Participants will learn monthly in a cohort setting and receive weekly one-on-one support from their seasoned clergy mentor. Curates who complete the program requirements will receive a Certificate in Pastoral Leadership from Yale University. This program is not simply another academic course of study, but an introduction to a way of life rooted in Christ-centered servant leadership. Applications are now open for the inaugural cohort, which convenes this August. Tuition is offered on a sliding scale to dioceses based on available financial aid.
