Founding and Leadership

The founder and CEO of Global Peace Works is Cindy Vermillion, a peace practitioner, conflict resolution researcher, and entrepreneurship trainer. Vermillion has extensive experience in Africa, particularly in establishing partnerships with women impacted by poverty and conflict. She holds a Masters in Global Leadership and is pursuing her Ph.D. at the University of Birmingham.
