As we approach Pride Month, we’re excited to announce that the 2025 ROMBA, PRIZM, & IRIS registration is now live! Join us in New Orleans from September 25–27 for an unforgettable experience. This year’s theme is "Rhythm & Resilience," a celebration of the power of LGBTQ+ MBA students and professionals to adapt, lead, and thrive. The ROMBA Conference is the world’s largest gathering of the LGBTQ+ MBA and allied community. Attendees can expect panels, workshops, TED-style talks, a career expo, networking receptions, and numerous opportunities to connect with current and post-MBAs, as well as experienced professionals. Those further along in their careers can opt into the PRIZM Experience during registration, which offers curated programming for experienced professionals. Registration is also now open for the inaugural IRIS Conference, taking place on Thursday, September 25, as the official kickoff to this year’s ROMBA Conference.
