Navigating the CDPAP Transition: An Update There have been continued challenges surrounding how home care workers get paid through the Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP), with difficulties transitioning to Public Partnerships LLC (PPL) as the only payment processor. The NYSDOH - New York State Health Department is offering a 30-day extra time period after April 1st to finish signing up and still get paid for April. They say this is not a delay, just extra time to register, claiming problems are because of misinformation and that other payment companies didn't help enough. Want to know more?
