IS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT, 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATION WITH THE MAIN PURPOSE OF DEVELOPING AND IMPLEMENTING A COMPREHENSIVE HISTORIC PRESERVATION-BASED, ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY FOR REVITALIZING DOWNTOWN FAYETTE USING THE MAIN STREET FOUR-POINT APPROACH AS FORMULATED BY THE NATIONAL TRUST OF HISTORIC PRESERVATION.
