PPS exists to preserve historically significant photographic collections through digitization and documentation. Commissioned by institutions lacking resources to protect and display collections, PPS utilizes cutting edge technology to archive images to the highest standards. For optimal care, PPS seeks temperature, humidity, and light controlled storage to forestall further deterioration of originals. The PPS Virtual Museum can provide global exposure for these historic treasures. This mission ensures future access to irreplaceable photographic images for generations to come.
