The original mission of F.E.G.S, established in 1934, was to enhance the employability and the success in the labor market of new immigrants and displaced workers. Through the years of agency expansion into many human service disciplines, F.E.G.S. has remained committed to a comprehensive service delivery model that is flexible and responsive to the individual needs of people served, enabling them to achieve social and economic self-sufficiency.
