G.O.F.A.R is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to reducing the number of homeless, unwanted and euthanized animals in the greater Oneonta area through holding monthly spay/neuter clinics, education, raising funds to help finance the costs of spaying and neutering, helping strays (trap, neuter, release) and by helping local shelters.
