The organization's current and future programs and services are aligned to target eight parishes in Southern Louisiana with a total population of 657,143. Geographically the parishes are Acadia, Evangeline, Jefferson Davis, Lafayette, Saint Landry, Saint Martin, Saint Mary, and Vermilion parishes. Although anyone can get services, the focus is on helping low-income individuals, children, families and seniors, and anyone going through devastating circumstances
