National Leadership Institute was founded to help those small to medium sized nonprofits who have small budgets but large ambitions. These organizations frequently have boards with unquestionable passion for the mission, but little or no experience in actual board governance, and often even less on how a board can truly function as a strategic asset to the leadership. NLI is dedicated to helping these boards and organizations learn how to effectively and efficiently collaborate. Strategically focusing boards members strengths means the nonprofit's mission can be met with a much larger impact. To get there, we provide experienced, world class faculty and consulting at a price the nonprofit can truly afford. Our faculty delivers a powerful combination of corporate board experience plus intense nonprofit expertise to the organizations who need it most, but otherwise might never be able to afford it.
