at this evening's Village Board Meeting BISCO took back full ownership of the Brockport Arts Festival. BISCO had resolved to break the MOU with the Village, and now the Village Board has resolved to do the same. BISCO started the Brockport Arts Festival and ran it ran it for 25 years before partnering with the Village of Brockport.
