Every other week, residents at South Cove West have been hard at work practicing mindfulness through the Mindfulness and Meditation for Older Adults Program. Hosted by Age Strong with live translation services, this 8-session program guides older adults through meditative practices and tools for gratitude, stress reduction, and healthy living.
